"THE TRADING POST GIFT SHOP"

William S. Hart Park and Museum

The Gift Store had a very busy day on Sat. April 17th with the unveiling of the William S. Hart postage stamp.  Our sale of stamp merchandise far exceeded our expectations, so we purchased additional stamps and postcards to satisfy the demand!  The first day of sale envelope covers and postcards have also been a big seller.

Important News:  Our supply of first day covers is limited and the Post Office will only be canceling the envelopes for about a 30 day time period from the date of issue (April 17th), so...

We urge you to purchase your souvenir items before they are no longer available.

  • The cost of canceled envelopes with either all four commemorative stamps or just the Hart stamp is $5.00 plus tax.
  • The set of 4 picture postcards with the commemorative canceling is $8.00 plus tax (no discounts apply to the sale of the stamp merchandise).

The stamp envelopes - with Hart's picture on them - are unique to our Trading Post!

We are the only ones who have that envelope with canceled stamps.  They are very popular and people are buying them for family mementos.

When they are gone we cannot get them with the first day of sale cancellation again.

Another item that has been selling well is the Hart film Tumbleweeds.  A new order of 50 copies has just been delivered to the Gift Store and they are selling at only $6.95 plus tax (members get a 10% discount on this item).

With Mother's Day quickly approaching the Gift Store will continue to offer a 20% discount on fashion jewelry (no additional discounts apply).  Come in and see what a great selection of jewelry that we carry, including authentic native American items from the Southwest.

Your support of the Gift Store is most appreciated and remember that the profits go directly back into Hart Park for its improvement

Come visit us today and check out the stamps and envelopes! Or you can give us a holler at (661) 284-5902.
